Wolves and Marseille have reportedly joined the race to sign rejuvenated Leicester City striker Ahmed Musa, NaijaSportsPlanet reports.
The 25-year-old looks likely to leave the Foxes , despite his excellent brace against Iceland for Nigeria in the World Cup.
Galatasaray are keen on the forward according to the player's agent, but they face competition from Premier League new boys Wolves, as well as French giants Marseille who are also on racer to lure the former VV Venlo and CSKA Moscow forward.
Ahmed Musa's agent William D’avila disclosed that “talks are on with Galatasaray. Galatasaray are a huge big club who’ll play in the Champions League. So why not? The transfer is possible.”
“Musa has offers from other clubs but he’s keen on playing for Galatasaray. We are currently working on a loan deal with an option to buy. He’ll make a decision soon. I think we can say there’s a 50 per cent chance of Musa joining the club.”
Musa, who cost £16m two years ago, spent the second half of last season on loan at former club CSKA, where he scored seven goals in 16 appearances.
