Coach of the home-based Super Eagles Salisu Yusuf has released a preliminary 30-man squad list ahead of the African Nation Championship (CHAN) scheduled to hold between January 13th to February 4th in Morocco.
However, the contingent have arrived Kano to participate in the Nigeria Professional Football League Super Six tourney which will start on Monday.
The competition is organized to prepare Nigeria’s flag-bearers ahead continental competitions. It will feature the Home-based Eagles, Plateau United, Akwa United, MFM FC, Enyimba international FC and the host Kano Pillars.
Nigeria will face Libya, Rwanda and Equatorial Guinea in Group C at the 5th edition of the African Nations Championship.
A final 23-man squad will be announced before the competition.
