West Ham United are reportedly set to acquire the services of Chelsea winger Victor Moses on loan with a view to a permanent move next summer, NaijaSportsPlanet has scooped.
Moses is said to be considering his immediate future at Chelsea after falling out of favour under Maurizio Sarri.
The petit winger has fallen victim to the change of formation implemented by Sarri, having been a regular under former head coach Antonio Conte.
The ex-Chelsea boss reinvented Moses as a right wing-back and he managed to cement himself in the Blues side after several loan spells away from the club.

Moses joined Chelsea in 2012 but spent time on loan at Liverpool, Stoke and West Ham before breaking through at Stamford Bridge.
During his time with the Blues he has won the Premier League, FA Cup and the Europa League.
Moses has also been linked with a move to several Premier League clubs, Crystal Palace, Wolverhampton, Leicester City, Everton, Manchester United were reported to be in the forefront for his signature.
