No out-and-out midfielder in the league has reached this unique landmark quicker than the former Chelsea and Wolfsburg playmaker.

Since his £55 million (R1 billion) move to Manchester City in 2015, De Bruyne has scored 16 goals and assisted a further 34 strikes.

The 26-year-old has made 12 appearances in Premier League this season, scoring three goals and assisting six further strikes.
